About

I am a retired State Department Supervisory Management Analyst who joined TLG in 1992. Previously, I worked as a Congressional Investigator and Senior Analyst for the U.S. Government Accountability Office. My assignments covered national defense, security, intelligence, force structure, humanitarian and refugee assistance, international broadcasting and foreign affairs management issues. I have lived in, worked and traveled to approximately 40 countries including Sudan, Kenya, Djibouti, Ethiopia, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, Pakistan, Kuwait, Niger, Israel, Jordan, Germany, Italy, and throughout Western Europe. I am married to TLG Member Dr. Louis A. McCall, a retired FSO and university professor. A native Washingtonian, I attended D.C. public schools and earned undergraduate and graduate degrees at George Washington University, and pursuing a Phd. in Public Policy, and I am active with the GWU Alumni Association and African American Alumni. I am active in community service programs and have served on the boards of several outreach organizations.
